Delivery and Returns

For custom made to order items please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
For stock items please allow up to 7 days for delivery
If you need an item in a hurry, it is possible to expedite your order depending on whether we have enough stock of your item(s). In this case, please email us at before placing your order to confirm whether a faster turnaround time will be possible.
For custom made orders we do not allow refunds or exchanges unless items are faulty.
In the case of a faulty item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will process your replacement. After this time, unfortunately we will not be able to offer an exchange.
To report your faulty items and request a replacement, please first contact us via email email@example.com with details about your damaged or faulty item. Our team will then assist you with your request.
For stock items, we operate a 30 day returns policy providing the item has not been used/ worn.
